Happy New Year to the amazing Harvey’s team! My family and I stopped by Harvey’s yesterday, and we honestly had such a wonderful experience that we felt compelled to leave this review. From start to finish, everything was done perfectly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and positive.
A very special shoutout to Mirriam, who provided truly outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared just right, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really made the experience stand out, though, was her warmth and genuine kindness. She treated us with so much respect, and her big, beautiful smile and loving attitude instantly made my day better.
It’s rare to come across someone who serves customers with such sincerity and positivity. Mirriam’s energy, professionalism, and friendly nature turned a simple visit into a memorable experience. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

I preordered my food on the app, pulled in a few mins before it was supposed to be ready but now I’m sure it’s been sitting on the counter for 25 minutes and freezing cold

Extremely poor service. I stood at the cash for almost 10 minutes before I asked of someone was going to take my order. When she finally came over I tried to pay using my Scene points and she told me that I couldn't because she put it in as I collected points and not redeem points as I had asked. She wasn't willing to change it so I will not be coming back to this location.
