Extremely poor service. I stood at the cash for almost 10 minutes before I asked of someone was going to take my order. When she finally came over I tried to pay using my Scene points and she told me that I couldn't because she put it in as I collected points and not redeem points as I had asked. She wasn't willing to change it so I will not be coming back to this location.

I had such a wonderful experience at Harvey’s thanks to Mirriam! She was the cashier who served me, and she made my entire visit feel special. She prepared my order perfectly and garnished everything with so much care and attention to detail. What truly stood out was the love she puts into her work and the big, genuine smile she had the whole time. Her positive energy made my day, and I’ll definitely be back because of the amazing service. Thank you, Harvey’s !
