Staffing issues leads to long waits for service. Any other location, a mobile order is ready in 5 minutes. I usually have to order 10 minutes early and still wait most of the time.
While taking my order and being incredibly pleasant a large spider crawled onto the register screen, one of the guys in the back rolled up, no hesitation and one handed that spider into the garbage. 10/10z
From the Timmy's in Innes Road Plaza - Sarah helped us correct the orders when they are short on Pizza. She managed to provide substitute perfectly. Much appreciated Sarah. Great job!
