bring up your game Heart&Crown I came with a group and ordered meals worth hundreds of dollars and yet we saw our server 3 times over 90 minutes She didn't bring us cutlery until we asked and then she forgot my order. She also forgot to take the nachos and also left the menus that i had to put on another table when our appetizers came
maybe you've gotten too big and need to hire more and more veteran staff
Great place in the Byward Market!
Awful anti-American sentiment from staff. Specifically the bartender (who wasn’t even my original bartender and showed up later, and the security staff). Was targeted for not being from around here. All the patrons were awesome and I had no issues with any patron. Had a great crowd.
