BEST pizza in Ottawa IMO. The “Sweetheart” is the idyllic pepperoni pizza with a bit of added “zing”, and it’s literally perfect in every way. The Fennel & Sausage pizza was also excellent! The birthday cake was a simple but perfect dessert. Our server was so kind, and the overall time spent at Heartbreakers couldn’t have been better. Hopefully they might expand at some point-getting a reservation isn’t easy! :)
Unbelievably flavourful and light / fluffy pizza. Get the garlic dip and anything with honey on it. Wonderful staff, service & great atmosphere & vibe all around. Make reservations well-out (a week ahead sometimes) as it's always busy.

Last year I made a multiple attempts to dine in with no reservation. Wasn’t lucky enough to get a table. So, don’t be me. Make a reservation.The place itself very small and cozy.Pizza is doubtlessly delicious. Also Heartbreakers have a really nice selection of wine and craft beer.

I was recently in the neighbourhood and was looking for something for dinner. I decided to check our Heartbreakers Pizza since it had been on my list for some time and I'm always looking for new pizza joints.First, the place has a charming decor and I loved seeing the small stack of pizza cookbooks on the shelf. The kitchen is open so you can see the team at work making pizzas.I ordered the Heatbreakers Special with sausage and in good Ottawa fashion a garlic sauce to dip. The pizza was ready promptly after ordering - about 20-25 minutes if I recall correctly.The special I ordered had aged mozzarella and ricotta cheese, red chilis, sausage, and a drizzle of honey. The under-crust was stretched thin and the outer-crust left to rise nicely in the oven. The result is an almost new york-style pizza with large slices (at least with the 16" pie), a crunchy outer-crust on the outside, and chewy-ness on the inside. The crust as a whole had great flavour, the topping combination was delicious, and the garlic sauce on point.Now that I've sampled Heartbreakers, it is on my list of top pizza joints and I'll be returning with my partner and friends in the near future.

Please note I wrote this review on my cell. I apologize for the typos and grammatical mistakes.I will start by saying that anyone who knows me, knows that I am Mr. Pizza/ King Pizza Man. They know I am highly addicted to pizza and eat it at least twice a week. They would also know how picky I am when it comes to perfect pizza and how I have a rating system for all pizza places which falls under junk food pizza place (little ceasers, etc), not pizza or wannabe pizza place (pizza pizza, etc), premium pizza (Gabriel's/Milanos), wood burning pizza place (crust and crate etc) and Mike's pick Ultimate Pizza Place(no pizza place in Ottawa has this title yet)With that said, this place has the perfect dough and perfect sauce. It is the definition of perfection when it comes to sauce and dough for pizza. They have earned the Ultimate Pizza title.As for the ingredients, the cheese is high quality (obviously far from the best you can buy, but still good) and the ingredients are high quality. The only issue with the ingredients, would be the lack of selection. You're limited to several pre-chosen pizza combinations. Don't get me wrong, They are good but far from my first choice for ingredients. I personally love three specific styles of pizza, deluxe style, classic combination style and my personal creation, that we will call Mic-B0ts Pizza Creation; vegetarian with double cheese and sliced bacon on top, with the pizza baked just before well-done. Heartbreaker feel free to make this one as one of your monthly pizzas.I also tried the wings. They are not great but the sauce was delicious.Anyway, In short this place is really good. The location is terrible and the dine in experience is limited to a few tables. If they ever open one up in Orleans, I will be going there twice a week every week for takeout.This is a must try for all pizza lovers. I highly highly recommend!

Hi here’s my issueThe pizza is very good and i dont eat porc so i usually when i go to the restaurant i take a halal peperoni pizzaAnd my biggest issue isOn uber eats i cant find that optionAnd moreover its very hard to get in the window to order because on the app you guys are 90% of the time unavailable and that’s understandableEven more today for example it ess available and i was like let me call them first to make sure they make it halal i wait 10min and as soon as i get to talk to the personUnavailable on the appHow am i supposed to order on uber eats a halal peperoni pizza without making a whole schedule around it ???Other than that the food, the vibe inside and every other thing is greatBut man just add the option halal peperoni on the app

We called at 4pm and were offered a pickup time , 4:30 or after. We ordered the meal deal that included a salad, wings, large pizza (Sweetheart) and a piece of cake, plus we added a small pepperoni pizza. All of it was delicious!The service was friendly and polite, the quality is top notch and the price is fair.Highly recommend and will be returning on a future visit to the area.
One of the best pizzas in town. Must try.Parking: Small parking lot around the side of the building and on street parking.
