I have travelled the world and Holly’s Hot Chicken is one of, if not the best! I had the Habanero Hot Chicken and it was hot but so so so flavorful. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere was basic but perfect. The environment summed up the food. We don’t need bells and whistles. We do what we do, and we do it well. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Simple. Solid. Satisfying. I will be returning often to enjoy this hot chicken. Now I need to convince myself to try the Carolina Reaper Hot Chicken Sandwich! Go big or go home ;) thank you to all the staff for welcoming us like regulars and making delicious food.

I'm obsessed with this place and mad that i didn't find it earlier. I've been looking for a crispy cauliflower burger and this one was perfect. I had the hot honey and it was the best mix of hot and sweet. YUM! I considered going back for dinner after having lunch there. Fries were perfectly done and the GF donuts are incredible as well. My mouth is watering while I write this lol

Finally, hot chicken worth ordering in Ottawa. Perfect crispy fries with soft insides and well salted. Ordered the habenero spiced chicken and honey hot cauliflower sandwiches. Both were tasty, crispy and properly balanced with a good bun and toppings. Will be back for sure!
