The space looks nice and the food is good enough. I’ve tried different items such as the Bulgogi, Jeyuk, Gamjatang. My favourite was the Gamjatang but I find that it lacks salt a bit although the sauce tastes good. I like the side refills. I wasn’t impressed by the service though. It could be improved. This is the second time that I go in and the waitress seemed to be completely avoidant towards me. She didn’t serve my table water as she did for all the other customers. And both times I had to walk up to the counter to order my food, yet she goes to the tables to ask people for their orders. Regardless, I’ll probably come back though.

Their spicy pork (제육볶음) hit so good. Food is very authentic straight out of Seoul. Highly recommended. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Kind and pretty staff.

I liked everything, except toilet. Had to wash and wipe toilet seat and toilet in order to use it. 😞 You might say that it was dirty after me. If I use toilet, I use it that way so nobody will have to wash and wipe after me. Even if I had a small kid and it happened that kid accidentally made a pee on toilet seat, I would wash it and wipe it right away after usage of toilet seat. So there's no reason to blame me.
Looks like someone from workers or cleaner didn't pay much attention to that part of washroom.
That's why I can give only 4 stars for overall mark.

This was the best Korean restaurant we had during our long trip! We completely devoured every dish—yukgaejang, seolleongtang, gamjatang, spicy pork, bulgogi, and soft tofu stew. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—thank you so much! If you’re looking for a Korean restaurant in Ottawa, I 100% recommend this place! We enjoyed the food so much that we forgot to take any photos!

The most authentic Korean food you could get in Ottawa. Try going for their soup menus.

for me, as a Korean, the best korean restaurant dish-wise so far in ottawa. good quality and decent portion.
just sad things to me is inconvenient street parking and closing on sundays. :(

I am a Korean but lived in Canada for more than 50 years. By chance i came across In’s Kitchen. It is very clean and staffs are very professional Best of all the food is authentically Korean and tasty. I recommend In’s if you ever come to Ottawa. The price is very reasonable too. Try “ seulungtang” You will love it. Better than most korean restaurants in Toronto. Chef, Ms IN greeted us in person to show us her hospitality and it was added bonus to talk to the Chef and find out about the background of the restaurant

My friend and I come here all the time and we are always welcome with a smile and amazing food. It’s especially good if you’re a vegetarian as they have many options and the side dishes are delicious and you can get as many as you need!

Really nice place to come and have lunch/dinner. Prices are fair the amount of food given. I would come here for lunch sometimes and it’s never once disappointed me.

A very well decorated Korean fast food restaurant that gives us a taste of Korean without leaving the campus of Ottawa Univ. The owner lady has been cooking traditional Korean food for over 25 years. She is very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and cozy. We tried the street food - spicy rice cake and fried veggies and dumplings combo.

So good I go almost every week, a bit pricey for the portions but it does the job.

This is a cute place tucked into a hard to park area near the university. The food came super fast and was tasty. My only feedback is they need more offerings for drinks and desserts!
