Was looking at my breakfast plate recently and commented that it was a work of art. The toast, homefries, steak, and scrambled eggs were perfectly done & thoughtfully arranged. Wally's breakfast eggs are legendary. Get mine scrambled and they're done to perfection. The coffee has the perfect caffeine quotient. Two cups and I'm on edge.Practice makes perfect. For a bar that is situated right beside a college campus, it was decently well busy on a Sunday night. However our food was fast. The drinks were fast and the service was pretty decent.One thing I was surprised at is that the prices are lower than what I would expect at a typical bar or restaurant. Located next to Ottawa University, very popular with students and locals from Sandy Hill. They appear to have a good special every day of the week. Great beer selection. Very vibrant atmosphere. Service quick , pleasant and efficient. We didn't eat, only pitchers of beer.
