Honestly I was really disappointed with the flavour of the food. The stir fry had absolutely no taste, and I had to rely on the sriracha sauce and oyster sauce provided on our table. Another noodles was ordered with octopus, but there was only one piece of noodles. Also, the shrimp tempura was mainly filled with vegetables. It’s honestly not worth the money. $8 for the tempura… I’d rather spend it on another restaurant that I get my moneys worth.

Foods are small portions. The beef brisket is so rubbery. The sizzling seafood i cannot see any seafoods but lots of onions and pepper. Fried rice tastes burnt. Slow service. Not friendly staff. Tye place is not that clean enough. I do not recommend this place. Do not waste money.

Everything was very nice, and it was clean and cared-for in all the details. Food was so tasty, elegantly-presented and pleasant service. Looking forward to going back. Quite beautiful inside..
Great spot for authentic Vietnamese food. Service is pleasant and prompt. One of the very few places downtown where one can get gluten free Pho. Homemade broth. Thanks!!
iPho is a hidden gem in Ottawa. The pho is incredibly flavorful, with rich, aromatic broth and fresh ingredients. The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and attentive. I especially love their vermicelli bowls and spring rolls – always so fresh and tasty! The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, I’ve never been disappointed. Definitely one of the best spots for Vietnamese food in the city!

There is no respect in this restaurant the woman spoke with me with a really bad way of speaking and she wouldn't let me go to the bathroom since I'm a delivery guy

I forgot to write this review when it happened but earlier this year i went to IPHO and ordered a rare beef and meatball pho. Although the food was descent when i got to the bottom of my bowl and was enjoying my broth I took a bite into what i thought was a piece of a meatball but was actually a small rock! I have idea how that ended up in my soup but it had sunk to the bottom so i hadn’t seen it. After I talked to lady at the counter about what i found in my bowl she was really rude and wasn’t apologetic at all. She basically accused me of lying and adding it into the bowl myself to get my meal for free. I will not be returning and I recommend you don’t either!

Drinks are unreasonably priced here, 7$, I wouldn’t had complained if the tapioca didn’t tasted like it was refrigerated for 5 days straight. Moreover, the waiter seems clueless abt what hes doing and the order takes like 30 minutes.

Quite frankly, THE best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. Everything very clean, very crisp and fresh food. Large menu with lots of choices. Would definitely come again.

I don’t get how you guys open at 11am but aren’t open. It’s just disappointing because I had to walk here by the confirmation of the sign you guys have up by the door saying you’re open at 11am.

More attention to customers is needed. We were seated immediately, but while we were waiting for our third person, the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted drinks while we waited. The waiter was hard to hear; he spoke too quietly. One of our party got the wrong flavour of bubble tea, but didn't complain because she liked that flavour, but still, it wasn't what she ordered. My vermicelli noodles were broken into one inch pieces for some reason. We never got any napkins. While we were there eating, a family came in, sat for a bit and then left because no one ever came to greet them and give them menus. All in all, it was alright.
