First time and probably only time coming to Ottawa. Ended up looking for ramen after visiting Parliament Hill. What a gem!! The broth is so tasty like Japan, the noodles and cha shu were made perfectly.Improvements: kaarage could do with more meat less breading and the egg could be cooked less and be more salty. Ottawa Citizen review is spot on.
We ordered the signature Ramen. I asked for additional 2 soft eggs (original order comes with 2 half)The ramen was absolutely delicious. Very good broth and good noodles.Meat was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommended.

Jinsei is a good ramen restaurant during weekdays lunch time. There is only 1 vegetarian option on the menu, it would be nice to have more variety of items as well as more variety of vegetables. Good service and restaurant is clean and well organized.
