We had an unimpressive visit at this Kelsey's a couple of months ago, and the manager reached out asking us to try them again. We visited again and had a very, very different experience -- the food was hot and the server gave us the perfect amount of attention. I admit that I really miss my long-time favourite Cracked Peppercorn Burger which is no longer on the menu. However the menu does have a good variety so there are choices: my dining companion had a steak and swiss with garden salad, and I had a bacon cheeseburger with a really excellent caesar salad. Thanks to the manager for reaching out to me and I'm glad we went back to Kelsey's.
