Ordered a sandwich of the day to try the zinger sandwich.
The chicken patty was smaller than the smallish bun and not the whole bun was covered. I was given in August when veggies are inexpensive minimal pieces of chopped lettuce, very different from product photo on the app.
This is probably the size of 3 chicken nuggets at Popeye so fairly disappointed.

I just bit through a partially raw chicken burger. Second bite of a Big Crunch, and the meat was still pink and soft. I got my money back while looking at a fruit fly hovering above the counter. Now let's just hope I won't get sick

Sad. Just sad. That’s the only way I can describe my order from this KFC location.
Fries? Soggy. Wings? Unflavored. Chicken popcorn? Decent. Chicken pieces? Some of the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. Soggy, oily, but somehow overcooked skin while being undercooked from the inside??
I’m never ordering KFC again.

Absolutely horrendous, first and last time! It took them 2.5 hours to deliver my order. Website isn't being updated, call center number doesn't connect, complaint helpline is useless and have a robot hired who took my details just to hang up on me. Restaurant answered 2 hours later to tell me it's not their fault and it was picked up, I said I'll return if it it's cold and the associate changed his words, not picked up yet apparently. The chicken is fried in diesel, the skin has fallen off. There's more oil than meat. And ironically you can't cancel the order without the restaurant picking up, and they don't when they know they messed up.

I had a great experience at the KFC on Bank Street! The store was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were very friendly and professional – they greeted me with a smile and handled my order quickly and accurately. The customer service stood out the most; everyone seemed happy to help and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited!

As a vegetarian, I wasn’t expecting much from a place known for fried chicken, but KFC completely surprised me! Their Veg Zinger burger is packed with flavor—crispy on the outside, with a juicy, well-seasoned patty inside. The fries are always hot and crispy, and their Veg Rice Bowl is a satisfying, wholesome option. I also love the buttery corn and the soft, fresh buns.
It's refreshing to see a fast-food chain giving proper attention to vegetarian items. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the taste is consistent every time. Definitely my go-to when I want something tasty and meat-free on the go and they also provide good service.
