The “forgot” to tell kfc company that they didn’t have a driver, and after an hour and 20 min of waiting and calling 5 times they decide to tell me they don’t have a driver for delivery and I needed to come pick it up.
When I asked why wasn’t I called to let me know, they said “we just saw your order” this was an hour and 20 min after I had already ordered.
