Ordered for 11:15am pick up, food wasn’t ready until 11:40am. Counter isn’t staffed as everyone working is in the back. I saw customers come in and wait at the front for 10 mins before someone came out to take their order. Super hot inside like a sauna. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC location

I am delightfully surprised that we finally got to order a delivery from this location. The food arrived quickly, the whole order was there, and the chicken was actually very good! They even had coleslaw back on the menu, as in real coleslaw! I am so impressed. When we have KFC cravings, we heave ordered from Merivale and it always took a long time to get, we were lucky if it was the full order, usually something missing, and once the chicken was just so awful! BONES BONES and skin! That was the last time we ordered from there. So happy the one on Hunt Club did such a great job! Will order from there again!

If I could put 0 stars, or negative, I would. The food was disgusting, the bucket had a pool of oil and water at the bottom, the chicken swimming in it had no breading because it had all fallen off, in soggy chunks. The fries were also dry and cold but that's not even the main issue. The manager offered 10% the next meal, as if we'd order from there ever again lol .
Bad service, bad food, incompetence all around.
What on earth happened to KFC? I find all of KFCs quality has went down - but this particular location is a new level of low and total incompetence

What a gong show. Ordered on line 2-3 hours ago for a 18:00 pick up. Not ready. Says a 25 minute wait. Only one person at the counter atm. They are more busy on a cell phone. It's getting really backed up. When this kfc opened 6 years ago it was great. 33 minutes past my pick up time? Not so much great today and I don't know how more time I have to waste. If it wasn't a mobile order I would have just walked.
Restaurant was clean generally well maintained. Was happy with the chicken.

The staff was horrible we ordered online and went for pickup,they took 1 hour to finally give it to is horrible i tried to call them on the phone to complain no reply horrible customer service

Waited almost a hour for a sandwich and a popcorn poutine. Got a normal poutine and couldn't wait any longer. The ladies infront of me asked for a refund because they couldn't wait any longer. (Both waited over a hour)Staff refused and lied to them about the time remaining. Also staff hid in the back the whole time watched at least 3 people walk out after staff couldn't be bothered to take the order. Worst KFC staff in ottawa!
