Food was very good and filling. Server was laid back but didn't take too long, no complaints, nothing over the top. Bathroom was on the second floor. Dishes came quick and decently price. Want to go back to try the all you can eat option.

All you can eat only has 12 items to choose from. All 12 are disgusting. The only good thing was the Diet Coke in a can. If I could rate this review a 0.1 I would. You have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the out of order washroom. The faucet definitely needs some attention. See video. Wow Koreana Restaurant, you need to be shut down.

I’m pretty sure they use liver in their bulgogi so that should say enough. Service was bad to say the least but I believe it was this particular server. Not a lot of options for the all you can eat, dinner prices are not competitive for its quality - which aside from the salmon it was very lacking, just walk a bit more and eat at a much much better spot down Somerset (dal…).

I barely write a bad review about restaurant. But today, I was so disappointed that I had to write this review. As a Korean, I go to Koreana once in a while last 12 years and it has been mediocre but today was most horrible experience in my life ordering 2 dishes(Tangsuyuk and Jjamppong).
First of all, when we arrived the server didn't provide us a menu so I had to get it myself. Then, it took long time to take our order. Finally when the dishes came out, they forgot one of my order and the server didn't even say sorry for that mistake. Tangsuyuk was the worst one I ever had in my life. The meat was so fatty and low quality, it was almost crime to make the dish with it. Jjamppong was also horrible. Underseasoned and nowhere close to the one I usually order in other Korean restaurants.
I am sorry that Ottawa people have this terrible food in Korean restaurant as a Korean. It is embarrassing honestly. I will never come back again.
