This is my favorite restaurant in Ottawa. The food is amazing the staff are friendly and the service is impeccable. The fact it is family owned and has a nice authentic decor is a lovely bonus.

Vegetarian options: There is an entire page of the menu with vegetarian options.

Kid-friendliness: I've been going here since I was a kid.

Delicious food! My new favourite Indian restaurant. The owner/waiter was very kind and funny. Very conscientious of all allergies.

Fantastic takeout! Our favourites are: onion bhaji, lamb dansaak, butter chicken, sag paneer, rice and naan. All together comes to about $100 but generously feeds four. Plus they often throw in little surprises like papadum or rice pudding :)
