I hate this place. This german guy can kick your Nona's sauce... they humbled me. Bread was excellent. I do not eat out because restaurants disappoint me. Traveling to the o-spot, looked for the best for my 9 yr twins who wanted pizza, found the best. $worth it. Only ask was to distribute toppings better, that is why it didn't get 7 stars.

Every time we come to Ottawa this place is the first place we go to, and then we dream about their hot fire pizza with the honey sesame crust for the rest of the year. The food, the service, and the vibes are excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and daughters and I visited our favorite pizza place during dinner hours on Wednesday evening, and what we witnessed was deeply unsettling.
Our server was excellent, but the experience was completely overshadowed by the behavior of the bartender. He was swearing loudly and appeared intoxicated based on his conduct, which is entirely inappropriate for a family restaurant during peak dinner hours.
There was a man with a disability seated at the bar who was asked to leave for reasons that were unclear to us. Throughout the time he was there, he appeared calm, respectful, and well behaved. Instead, he was repeatedly harassed by the bartender. Both my wife and I clearly heard the bartender threaten to take away the man’s prosthetic leg as a form of punishment for not leaving the bar area quickly enough. This did not come across as a joke in any way.
I never expected to bring my family to a neighborhood pizza restaurant and witness behavior like this. Because of how horrible and disturbing this experience was, we will never return—regardless of any changes made. I strongly urge ownership and upper management to investigate this incident and address this staff member’s conduct immediately.

I normally love this place. However, as you can see whoever made this pizza didnt give one ounce of effort initially I thought it could've been how it arrived but on closer examination the pepperoni were melted into the pizza itself indicating it was done during production. In the end I wont be ordering from here any longer and I would recommend people to reconsider. The overall quality and care seem to have gone to the dumps and this order reflects that. I am gravely disappointed in what once was a top 3 pizza place in this city.

Not my first time there, but it's always a pleasure! Amazing pizza, great customer service and place itself. Try the 4-cheese pizza with bacon (you have to ask for it). We love it! Highly recommend it!🙂

My boyfriend and I were seriously put off watching the bartender take multiple shots of alcohol with patrons while he was supposed to be working. My boyfriend had to go up twice to remind him he’d forgotten our drinks, and when he finally approached him, the guy looked annoyed—like we were interrupting his third or fourth shot. On top of that, we had to listen to him make gross comments about a female guest, which was disgusting and made everyone around uncomfortable.
My group on Saturday night had the unfortunate experience of watching the male bartender take multiple shots of alcohol while working and verbally attack a patron using racist language towards him. He was also aggressive toward several other customers and behaved inappropriately toward a younger male staff member. The food was excellent, but my family will not be returning because of the bartender’s unacceptable conduct.

Pizza was made very sloppy. I order from you guys all the time and loved your pizza but this is the last time . Pizza wasn’t cooked i had to put back in oven for another 20 minutes . This is the first time ive seen you guys cheap out on cheese. I didnt order a margarita and your pizza isnt cheap especially ordering on uber eats. You guys also messed up my order two weeks ago but i didnt say anything and let it go .
