Great tasting thin crust pizzas. Premium ingredients and wonderful selection variety. Flavors really shine. The cheese plate appetizer was excellent.

Ordered Chicken Parmigiana, when i received it, the chicken piece was very large, but not in a good way, i knew right away that this wasn't an 'natural' chicken so to speak. Once i started eating the meal, and brushed away the sauce and all, i could see the quality of the chicken, it looked extremely processed and low low quality. it looked like a white piece of cardboard, no texture, nothing. I did not want to continue eating it. That being said, I generally eat my meat from local farms where you can see/taste the difference. but when you're paying $30 for a piece of chicken, i expect some level of quality in the meat, this was worst than any fast-food chicken meat. All that to say, i will not be coming back to this location. Quality to cost is not worth it.

We were staying nearby, on vacation. After an event at TD Place, it was raining, so we ubered to Vespa to grab some takeout. It says open until 11 but we arrived to a dark closed restaurant well before 11, which was very disappointing. We ended up having to order food through Uber eats and we got wet (if we had known it would be closed, the Uber could have dropped us directly at our apartment).
We tried again and got takeout last night. The server was lovely and the food was good. The serving sizes seemed a bit skimpy for the price, but especially the appetizer - sausage in sauce which was delicious, but it needs to come with a LOT more bread to sop up that sauce!

Extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. Both Google and their official website state they close at 10:00 PM, yet we arrived at 8:55 PM to find the doors already locked.
While we understood they might be closing early, we tried to politely catch the attention of a waiter inside just to clarify their actual hours for a future visit. Instead of a professional response, he simply waved us away with a dismissive gesture and turned his back on us while we were still speaking.
It is truly a shame because we have visited before and received wonderful service from another staff members. However, being treated with such rudeness and being ignored entirely makes it hard to justify coming back. If your hours have changed, update your website; if they haven't, don't treat potential customers like an inconvenience an hour before closing.

Had another wonderful experience being served by Shams. She is so kind and lovely. Food was amazing too, their gluten free pizza crust is way better than most other places. Always happy to come back.
The rosé ricotta pasta was delicious and a good sized portion. My partner had the soprano pizza which was also amazing. We will definitely be back!

Some of the BEST pizza and pasta in Ottawa, I got the pizza with balsamic glaze and what not and it was heavenly and high quality, I ate the entire pizza all by myself, the gnocchi was delicious with the marinara sauce they gave me and again, of the highest quality, the staff was polite and the atmosphere was amazing with the Vespa and the decorations: food 10/10, service 9/10 and atmosphere 10/10
