This place advertises itself as celiac friendly and gluten free. However, we were not happy with the amount of risks that there were in place. The restaurant is indeed not completely gluten free, and we had to ask two seperate people to have it confirmed that there was a seperate prep area for the gluten and gluten-free items, as the first one just snapped at my mother for asking. There were also issues with condiments and cross-contamination. Instead of having normal ketchup bottles, the ones they had were the old glass ones that the ketchup gets stuck in. We watched two seperate people stick their knives in the bottle to get ketchup out. That seems like a bit of an oversight on the restaurant's part and a huge risk of cross-contamination between gluten and gluten-free dishes.The food was pretty good, but there was hair in my burger. The service was slow, and the second staff member that we spoke with was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was dirty - the tables were sticky, there was dust everywhere, the booths were covered in food debris, and the menus had chunks of food stuck on them.I would recommend this place for takeout, but I would not recommend this place if you are celiac. Despite being advertised as celiac friendly, there were many issues in that regard.

This is my second time trying little Mac's. I find that the food quality might have decreased considerably. I ordered a chicken basket and here is my honest review about the components of that meal:Fries: thin and crispy, perfectly salted, the fries were very good.Brown sauce: tastes like hospital soup. Lacks spices, lacks some character.Chicken: the batter was delicious and not oily at all, which is a plus. The sad part is the chicken meat. The chicken pieces were composed of two extremely thin slices (hardly 3mm) under the batter. I seriously had the impression I was eating leftover chicken meat hidden under a thick batter. Sad.I get that the economy is hurting and that prices are going up, but food with this type of quality should not be served for $19.Will I go back? Unfortunately not
This is probably the worst take out meal we have ever had in 50 years. The “chicken” was unrecognizable, the cole slaw was 80 percent mayonnaise and the fries old and stale. I can only surmise that this “food” was cooked last night and put back in the fryer about 20 minutes before we got there and allowed to sit. I called and all I got was an I am sorry. We had to throw both meals out. Anyone with customer service in mind would have said come back in and we will replace your meal.
