Customer service is at an all time low at this location. Doesn't even have a proper phone number to contact anyone. Second time ordering and it's been an issue with my order. Nobody to talk to. Not impressed with this location at all. If you want Lokma I would consider going to the other locations.

My first time trying Lokma was best experience but some pieces were not cooked well which still had the best taste and rich chocolate with pistachio overall it was best😋

The first time we went there the food was amazing! The second time my order is a little bit odd in shape. I order 8 pcs but they give me something different but still, it taste good! My kids enjoyed the food and shakes.

Lokma and La French is a great spot 👌😍😍😍 The food is tasty and fresh, and the service is quick. Prices are reasonable and the place is clean. Definitely coming back!

I got a Strawberry shake the entire shake is basically while cream on top to bottom like an icing ona cake with no real strawberry but gel strawberry i didn't taste no ice cream just cream Bad experience for the first time . I do recommend la french located inside the restaurant. They serve burgers and fries and subs . I purchased 2 double bacon combos and fries $19.00 about each for The Burger and get Fries for $4.99 including a bottle drink cost me $39.00 if you get the fries only and not the drink your just saving $1.00 so 3.99 for the fries . The fries are amazing crispy the taste like the hash brown tasting french fries along with good bacon. Burger . If your hungry go to bank and heron Lokma /la french .

Biggest tragedy is I have never been to this place in person. But always ordering on uber eats since 2023. The portion is good. Even a small box of lokma is enough unless you get easily addicted like me and now you want buy one get one, just in case you crave more💀
Sometimes, they are generous with toppings, sometimes they are extremely poor with toppings lol. Can't comment on in person stuff. But for 3 years almost, I'm the online customer who spent loads.....! 💀 Uber eats highly NOT recommended.
Not worth it to order online unless you are lazy like me. Go in person, spend less and enjoy once in a whiiiile~
I ordered Kogo too..not too much cheese inside.. poor thing felt loose, not thiiiick enough. But it was yummy. The most annoying thing was sauce. It was in a small tiny container which is ideal for fries not a kogo which is larger in size😭
I love the new custom designed bag & boxes!!! The color scheme is cute!!! ✨️
But well. 4 star for the sweet treats & tastes.

I had a wonderful experience at Lokma today. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care and expertise. Chef Mahdi truly knows his craft, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. A lot of respect goes to him and the entire team for their professionalism, passion, and attention to detail. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.
