Recently diagnosed with Celiac I rarely eat out but that day had no other choice so we choose Lone Star as they advertised gluten free options. The server was knowledgeable about what foods I would be able to eat as well as ingredients and the kitchen staff were exceptionally accommodating to ensure no cross contamination. Good job, highly appreciated.
