Today we decided to go to this place. The young lady who took our order did not get the order right. It was very simple and basic order. A large pizza with chicken bacon onion and mushroom. When pizza arrived it has tomato and peppers in it. My husband has medical condition he cannot eat seeds...
There was barely any other table except the bar... Still she could not understand what we ask for.. Then we ask her to fix it. Then she forgot what was the order... Looks like she did not use the tablet provided twice when she took our order....
You guys need to hire better people(except who already work there for a long time they know what they are doing huge respect for those ladies working so hard) who can understand customer's situation with allergies and all....
Owner should look into who they are hiring... He should assess their level of understanding for a basic order with no other customer ..
I am disappointed!
I kinda did not trust her when she brought back the order right!

Ate here for the first time since I was 8-years old. My goodness, the pizza was one of the best I've ever had (combination). Their sauce was unbelievable, and the cheese... oh man.
Already booked reservations for my wife & I this weekend. Can't wait to try their lasagna and enjoy some live music. If you want amazing service and delicious homemade recipes then do yourself a favor and give them a visit!

The music on Fridays it's amazing, the new guy Alex Lopez with his guitar and singing have everybody enjoying themselves, dancing and having an excellent night.

Not a lawyer, but I don't believe you can post photos or videos of children without parental consent on YouTube or anywhere else. I hope your video also captured my having to make my way to the bar to stop your waitress from serving our 12 year old granddaughter a beer!Firstly, allow me to correct you, the hair on my plate was brown/black not blonde and wasn't noticed until I reached the bottom of the plate.With a bill of $108.94 yes, we did our best to eat the food in front of us. In fact, we didn't consume all our food. Our granddaughter did not eat her potatoes and I went home with the remaining chicken but couldn't bring myself to eat it and threw it in the garbage.Secondly. It speaks volumes that you are unable to accept any responsibility for the very unfortunate experience we had at your restaurant. I have never given any restaurant an unfavourable review. Actually, I have never given any public reviews. If anything at all, I compliment or provide feedback to the owner, manager or server in person. Suffice it to say this is the very first time I've felt so strongly about the need to share my concerns.This back and forth could have been avoided if you had shown us the courtesy of listening to our concerns.(1) Very recently, my husband I took our 12 year old granddaughter to a movie. We decided to go for dinner at Lorenzo's on Richmond Rd at Woodroffe. The food was beyond horrible! I ordered a Greek salad with a chicken slovakia skewer. When my dinner arrived there was very little salad for the price and the plate was soaked and I mean soaked in grease from the chicken. Most troubling was finding hair on my plate as I worked my way through the salad.My husband ordered a chicken stir-fry that he described as bland at best. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled not fresh stir fried and the veggies were most definitely frozen not fresh.Our granddaughter ordered a chicken souvlaki platter. We have no idea what they did to the potatoes but they were dry and tasteless, certainly not traditional Greek potatoes. My guess, canned or frozen and deep-fried.I asked to speak to the owner or the manager in charge. I was told he was on the phone so we waited. After about 15 minutes, our server returned to our table to say the owner was still on the phone. Again, we waited. We finally asked for our bill. She offered a 20% discount on my dinner. My intention was to express our disappointment on the quality of food and the obvious lack of food safety in the kitchen during food prep and and cooking process. I've never complained before and was not looking for a freebie or to create a fuss. It was simply to politely relay our disappointment. I just could not believe that the owner deliberately avoided speaking to us. I think he demonstrated extremely poor customer service. I can only conclude that his business is doing so well he doesn't care about losing customers.My apologies to all the Lorenzo franchisees in Ottawa and surrounding area as this owner is also jepordizing your business reputations .

This place should take notes from the Kanata location. The sauce and dough tastes sooo different and not better. But the most important is the signature garlic sauce from here is disgusting but the one from Kanata location is literally award winning. The one from here is overly watery, lemon tasting and just not good.
