I think they recently changed their cheese and gravy because the cheese is not as good as before and the gravy is not tasting the same. Still good but I prefer their old poutine recipe more!
We hired Lou’s for a massive private event. They were nothing short of fantastic! The poutine was hot, squeaky and excellent portions! I would highly recommend using them for any event.
Grabbed a medium poutine here for lunch. Service was quick and efficient. The poutine was a reasonable portion for a medium, the contained was packed full and then crammed into the contained as best they could with the lid, but it was full enough that the lid couldn't be fully closed. Good distribution of cheese and gravy throughout, it was still hot by the time I got back to my office, and none of it spilled despite the lid not being fully closed.
