Food was not great. It was not as flavorful as other korean places we tried. Only good thing was the service.

Seafood pancake was too greasy and had a weird sour taste (not from the kimchi). Potato pork bone soup was edible but definitely not up to average Korean restaurant standard and didn’t look like the product shot (no bean sprouts, no leeks, no pepper).

Highly recommended! Loved the fried chicken here – super authentic and crispy. The portions are huge and reasonable price, the owner gave us a lot kimchi for free

Nice gem in Ottawa. The food was good. The main dish came out in sizzling hot bowls and came with free side dishes. The place had nice decorations and the server was friendly!

It's not Korean food. Gamjatang did not have the same taste, or was not even close to Korean gamjatang, and jjajangmyeon was worse than instant noodles. I only tried one chopstick and left the rest. They still charged full price, and I will never go back there.

Visiting Ottawa for the first time, I was looking for korean food and decided to go here, which was the worst choice I’ve ever made in my whole life. I ordered Galbi 갈비 and Gamjatang 감자탕 which both did not even taste a bit like korean. I don’t really know what spices they use but Gamjatang was taste-less, not worth of 17 bucks. I strongly advise any of you against going to this restaurant if you are visiting Ottawa and expecting Korean Food because this is literally CHINESE FOOD. 한인분들 혹여나 오타와 방문하시면 이곳은 피하시는게 좋을것 같습니다.

Nice little spot with kind staff, genuinely good food and fair price for the quite large portion sizes!

I only come here for the fried chicken. The rest of the Korean dishes taste off to me. Beef bulgogi tasted very salty with a hint of sesame oil. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I do recommend ordering the friend chicken , no sauce.

Not authentic Korean food. Kimchi tastes like cheap store-bought kimchi. Potato banchan was deep-fried cubed potatoes mixed with thickened sweet soy sauce. Seafood pancake barely had any seafood in it and was a little undercooked in the middle.
Teobokki sauce tasted just like gochujang mixed with water and gochugaru.
The seasoned fried chicken and the Golden cheese fried chicken were not good. The sauce for the seasoned fried chicken was sweet without any other flavour. The cheese fried chicken was just the seasoned chicken with cheese powder and strips of cheese melted on top instead of the sweet sauce. It was also expensive. The place was also not clean.

Absolutely delicious! Have been a few times and they don’t let you down! Not sure why it’s not often busy inside, it’s definitely a hidden gem
