"If I could give this place a zero, I would. I spent $17 for two ice creams that were horrible; they were melted. I ordered the salted caramel flavor. The place was super cold inside, and the door kept screeching on the floor. I want my money back." It’s way OVER PRICED! Also there candy was also stale.

Very disappointed. The store looked closed with all of its blinds down and open sign was turned off. Staff did not wash their hands or wear gloves. I was told that they where out of peanut butter, cookies, brownies and cookie dough. The chocolate sauce was straight from the ice cream isle at Walmart. Extremally different experience then the one in Orleans.I will not be returning to the Bank Street Location.

I visited the store 8 pm on Saturday, and I was not served at all, I even say hey to the worker and wait for more than 10 minutes for her response but no answer from her, worst customer services ever received in my life, ????????????

Water running on maybe 5 utensils at a time. 11 hours a day. 5 days a week. Clean, yes. Brutally irresponsible, with absolutely no environmental ethic or respect for the problems our world and the world of our next generations face. Shameful.

Incredible! We stopped by on the hottest day of the year so far and got some ice cream. Short wait, kind staff, available seats, and air conditioning. The coconut is amazing - I definitely recommend it. The watermelon gave some bubble gum vibes that I really enjoyed as well.

We have had the worst experience, it was our first time buying from this store so my husband went in and bought a ready cake it had all sprinkles over it. Nothing on the packaging nor the name shows that it’s stuffed with anything (since it’s an ice cream cake). It was for my daughter’s birthday and we do not consume gelatine. When we cut the cake all the gummies came out from the centre of the cake, the birthday was ruined and no one was able to have cake. My daughter was heartbroken! We called them to tell them that we didn’t expect gummies in the ice cream cake. The answer was you should’ve asked! How are we supposed to ask about something we don’t see? It looks like a typical ice cream cake with sprinkles on it how would we know that it had gummies inside. Long story short our 50$ went to trash they didn’t accommodate and my daughter’s birthday was ruined thank you marble slab you did horrible!

Ordered a $50 photo cake for a birthday celebration and the whole process was a disaster. Weird emails and calls from the store over 3 days questioning what I'd ordered and the photo file. Then when I picked it up today, it was a completely different cake. No photo to be found! The employee read the receipt and agreed that it was supposed to be a photo cake and had to text their manager for directions on how to handle the situation. I was offered a full refund by e-transfer, which I received like 10 hours later at 1030pm that evening. I would love an explanation as to why the store contacted me so many times about my photo file and cake if they had no intention of preparing it properly. Throughout the process, I asked 3x to have a manager contact me and was told no, and that employees can only contact them by text. This whole thing is sketchy and puzzling.
