My wife put in an order at 6:30 last night using the Mary Brown’s app. She went to pick it up shortly afterwards. The food wasn’t ready until 8:10pm. The staff didn’t seem to care that it was taking so long, and didn’t apologize for the wait. They also seemed to prioritize walk-in customers and food delivery service pickups, as they all continued to get served and given their food while my wife waited.
