Breakfast muffins were overdone and crunchy. Tried to rush me through the drive thru even though it wasn't busy, but they were definitely slow serving the vehicles ahead. Missed handing out the items that were ordered. When I asked, they handed me one item and tried to rush me through without giving me the other ordered item.

Came through this morning through the right drive through lane….no one in the left lane and I spent 1-2 mins saying hello…no response. Someone pulls up in the left lane and immediately gets service. Finally I get served and placed my order “egg McMuffin EVM with bacon and a large coffee, 2 milk one sugar”Drive up to pay at the first window, no acknowledgment of wrongdoing that I was skipped over to have my order taken. Went to get my order… small coffee passed through and subsequently returned. 5 mins later, opened my order…. No bacon.I’ll be going to the Tim Hortons next door from now on.

There’s 2 drive through lines, every time I come they take multiple order in the other lines before mine. Even if I try to switch it up and use the other line. Today they took 4 orders before I gave up and drove off. They have cameras, they know who arrived before who, what gives?

I was heading to the airport at 3:30am and I was hoping to eat something before I went knowing everything at the airport would be closed. When I went to the drive through they told me they were only serving coffee. If you are a 24 hour McDonald’s it should be more then just coffee that you serve in the middle of the night.

Wait time is horrible. I waited 21 minutes for 2 mc doubles and a jr chiken meal because their self chekout or whatever you call it ran out of receipt paper and there was 6 of us pissed off because aparently even if you paid if you dont have ur receipt its a hassle to get ur food worst mcdonalds in ottawa so

Services horrible coffee no sugar told the guy he could not be bothered so I ask for packs he brought me 2 for my triple triple and the other three coffees I hadMind u its 5 am hot fresh breakfast you would think nope the English muffins must have been from the previous day hard as a rock the sausage was cold the cheese was unmelted ... the hash browns were sobbing in oil ..We drove to the shop 5 min away when we discovered all this but we had to get at itHonestly if you don't wanna be there go do somthing else and don't ruin my day for your over priced lack of serviceThe only helpful one there was the manger who offered to replace my meal next time thru I do appreciate that but my time was still wasted for that there should be more in compensation
