Came through this morning through the right drive through lane….no one in the left lane and I spent 1-2 mins saying hello…no response. Someone pulls up in the left lane and immediately gets service. Finally I get served and placed my order “egg McMuffin EVM with bacon and a large coffee, 2 milk one sugar”Drive up to pay at the first window, no acknowledgment of wrongdoing that I was skipped over to have my order taken. There’s 2 drive through lines, every time I come they take multiple order in the other lines before mine. Even if I try to switch it up and use the other line. Today they took 4 orders before I gave up and drove off. They have cameras, they know who arrived before who, what gives?

Breakfast muffins were overdone and crunchy. Tried to rush me through the drive thru even though it wasn't busy, but they were definitely slow serving the vehicles ahead. Missed handing out the items that were ordered. When I asked, they handed me one item and tried to rush me through without giving me the other ordered item.
