Waited in the Drive through for over ten minutes and The evening supervisor is super rude she’s called delisha or something like that, customer service is non existent. Why work with people if you don’t like people. Needs so much help, retrain your staff please this is unacceptable.

Google Maps shows this location as open 24 hours with full service, so I placed an order through the app and drove 5 km to pick up my coffee and use the washroom. When I arrived around 12:40 a.m., they told me the washroom was ‘out of service at midnight’ and wouldn’t let me use it. If this was mentioned on Google, I would have gone to Tim Hortons instead. I’ll be ordering from other locations from now on, and I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s because of this experience.

Evening Drive through (around midnight) manager extremely rude. I think her name was Delisha or something like that? We waited at the drive through line for 10 minutes. They had two drive through lines open but only seemed to be receiving orders on one side but no sign or anything was left behind to notify guests of this. We drove up to the window and told the person working at the window and he was patient and listened but the manager popped up from the back frustrated and started yelling and demanding we go round because they won’t take orders at the window. After waiting for 10 minutes she just appears and yells at guests no context no apologies? Extremely unpleasant experience.
