Feels a bit silly to review a McDonald’s but this one deserves it. I dont know how they do it but their food is consistently excellent. Even though it’s a bit further than the 2 other McDonald’s near our place, I will go out of my way to stop at this location because of this. I always find the service to be friendly and quick. My fav McDonald’s in Ottawa 🫶
I had a great customer service experience via phone, with Matthew, the Assistant Manager at the McDonald’s on 5179 Bronson Ave, McDonald’s Ottawa. I came in with a concern about a credit card transaction that showed I had dined at their location on January 23, even though I hadn’t.
Matthew took the time to listen carefully and genuinely understood where I was coming from. He checked their transactions for that day and did his best to help resolve the issue....

I live across the street so I come here often. Staff here is always so nice and welcoming. In special this one guy with curly hair that usually works nights and who I believe to be the manager. Always a smile in his face don't matter how busy it is. He is the literally the GOAT.
