Ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget grinch meal. I got the sweet and sour sauce with a big Mac-_- really annoyed. I do not like big macs or the sauce on it. So not eating dinner thanks

A girl at the drive-through was quite rude. She didn’t clearly tell us where to wait or which window to collect our food. After we waited for almost 10 minutes, she seemed irritated with us. On top of that, our order was not given to us completely.

Very irresponsible. I needed to reach a family member who works at this location for a time pressing emergency. I called the location THIRTEEN TIMES. No answer??? As much of an emergency that it was, thank God it was not on the worst end of the spectrum as emergencies goes. There are two phones on the floor that ring at full volume. It took 30 minutes before anyone answered a call. By the time they answered, I was in tears as it was too late to fix the matter. Heavily disappointed, please revise your phone policies with employees.

Probably one of the better McDonald's in Ottawa. Food is usually fresh... But as with any McDonald's it's touch and go.

Avoid this location. Students working and they don’t seem to care if you get everything you ordered. I called after receiving less than half my order from them via uber. Their excuse was “well sometimes people grab the wrong bag, or someone came behind and sneakily took a bag…. That happens…” Yeah, right. The food itself was ice cold and soggy. Avoid this place especially if you’re ordering in.

Ordered a muffin way before drive through ordered it, but drive through gets it. Inside morning staff need to do better honestly. Even watched the person cooking the food cough into the food aswell as wipe her hands on her pants

Most dogwater McDonald’s. Just ordered 120 dollars worth of food for a Halloween party for my friends and these guys sent me 4 drinks👍🏼. Out 120 dollars and nobody picking up the phone. Great staff!
