Stumbled into Mezzanote this evening and I am so glad we did. We were served by Ramy who to our surprise was on his 1st shift and we were his very first table. We were in shock because his service and attentiveness just came so naturally. Exceptional service and the food was *CHEFS KISS* food portions are impressive and presentation was a bonus. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be returning.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about 10 years and have always had good experiences, which makes this visit even more disappointing.
The hostess/server who helped us was extremely kind and professional. Drinks and appetizers were excellent and the service from her was truly 10/10.
However, four of us ordered the seafood linguine with mussels, and when the dishes arrived there was a very strong, fishy smell. We mentioned it to our server, who kindly went to speak with the manager/owner.
A few minutes later she returned and told us the owner’s solution was to offer us tequila shots. While we appreciate the gesture, it felt dismissive, especially since the meals remained fully charged on the bill. This wasn’t about the money. We simply expected some acknowledgment or adjustment for the issue.
Our server apologized and explained it was out of her control, which we understand. Unfortunately, the owner’s response made us feel like our concern didn’t matter.
After being loyal customers for many years, this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, we will not be returning.

We were a birthday table of 8, service was swift. Our waitress Carol was very kind and honest when it came to the menu. Since the menu didnt have many options for vegetarians/ pescatarians, she was quite understanding and made great recommendations for us all.
