I've been out of the country for half the year and couldn't wait to get back to sample a good pizza (and burgers and Ontario beer). As far as I'm concerned nothing beats Canadian pizza. The thick crust pizza I ordered from Milano was excellent in every way. It's all about the crust and sauce - the foundation. Cheese is important, of course, as are the ingredients. Milano excel at the foundation and as a result they create an excellent pizza!

Delivered Chicken Parmesan was one of the best I've had locally. The marinara sauce was spiced just right. The Chicken cutlet was a good size and smothered in Mozzarella.

I have ordered from almost every pizza place in Orleans. Some were good and some weren't. However, I located Milano Pizza on Tompkins Ave in Orleans. It is by far the best Pizza around. I ordered a Milano special and loved it. Even the bacon on top was cooked which most places aren't. I would highly recommend this Pizza place.
Vegetarian options: There is a veggie pizza as well as salads and appetizers that fit into vegetarian dishes. You would have to look at their menu online
Walked in to order pizza and saw the guy making the pizza had a long black beard and wasn’t wearing a beard net, not to mention he was incredibly rude. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Definitely don’t recommend, long wait time and very rude service

Worst location unprofessionalism at its peakkk
Tells you 15 minutes to wait and you end up waiting 30 minutes tells you we forgot making order and when we asked for the order the employee told me idk Like have some respect for other peoples timee
