I love the food but if you order with the app, check your food before you leave. I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.
Absolutely! Their chicken and tatters are amazing! Very busy at dinner but very fast service! Thank you for the great chicken and service!
What was marked as a 5 minute wait became over 40 minutes. Even after talking with an employee. When food was given I couldn’t hear what name was called and when tried to clarify the employee was too busy with another customer already. As I couldn’t see a receipt I had to rummage through the bags to check if it was my food (even during covid, thank goodness it was my own order).
