Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend
I had a terrible experience at this pizzeria. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, the toppings were sparse, and the dough was undercooked. To make things worse, the place wasn’t very clean, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

January 31st at 11 PM I ordered 2 LBS of hit wings from here, as you can see each pound cost 17.99$ before tax, before delivery, and before tip...
I got 12 tiny little wings that where un edible they where overcooked and had barley any meat and ZERO sauce...WORST WINGS IVE EVER HAD...AND MOST EXPENSIVE WINGS IVE EVER PAID FOR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULIUS..
I called rite after and asked how many wings come with a 1 pound order...they said 10 wings.... so I'm missing 4 wings in each pound.... absolutely upsetting...I will be making an official complaint about this fraud and non sense...I shred 2 pounds with my mother ..for new years...I should have ate a piece of bologna instead.

Bought a sub from there. They messed up said they'd give credit. Ordered again to use credit. I ordered the same sub as last time and they made me pay the "extra" although the one they messed up on had the "extra" on it (technically I paid again. I had to argue to get credit. When they applied the credit they charged me tax.) Waisted my gas to go pick it up. It was cold (suppose to be Hot sub) I ordered chicken nachos(20.95) There was next to no cheese.(could have put on each layer they just put on the top layer) I would not go here again . Messed up twice and the staff never smiles and manager was rude. I'm going to also contact head office.

My burger was as dry as puck and poutine Italian actually had a smell to them, the “meat sauce” was raw marinara with burger clearly chopped into it. I actually had to throw it all out

Disappointing for a $40 medium pie . Greasy , I don’t know how you could give it even 2 stars .
Just got my pizzas delivered, And we didn’t tip and the delivery guy made such a fuss about it. I’m a regular customer here, And im disappointed by THAT service. Ridiculous you’d make a scene just because we didn’t tip one time? Even tho we tip any other time.

At first I thought this place was scary because of the location and customers but ITS AMAZING.
The pizza is incredible, the Heinz garlic sauce is incredible. The workers are super caring and clearly value their food. One even ran outside to stop an Uber eats guy from holding their pizza incorrectly.
Massive respect for this place, highly recommend. + bonus points for it being connected to a gas station because they sold some cute goodies (drinks, candies, snacks, etc)

pizza was very wet :( toppings under the cheese just made everything so soggy and floppy. literally dripping. their house made garlic dip is the only saving grace, that stuff is delicious.

The gluten free pizza crust was like cardboard. Picking off the paper stuck to the bottom of the crust added to the delight of the meal. While the toppings tasted good the crust was the worst in a long time. I’d buy a frozen pizza at a grocery store before going back.
