We celebrated our daughter's birthday there, it was her choice of restaurant. We had an appetizer of calamari. One plate was just enough for 4 of us, we had 2 or 3 strips each. It was breaded and cut in strips rather than rings. Served with sauce and a piece of lime. Birthday girl had a regular Bellini cocktail, it was very impressive. It was served frozen. She ordered the chicken Shoyu Ramen, it was served with lots of yummy vegetables. The chicken was left out by accident but Adam our server promptly fixed that and brought it back with the chicken. One of had the steak sandwich served with fries. He said it alright. I had the Thai green curry with shrimp. It was served hot and tasty with 2 large crispy noodles. One more person in our party ordered the Ahi Tuna plate and replaced the rice with more vegetables which was happily accommodated. She enjoyed it very much. For dessert the bday girl was offered a free choice from the menu. She had the cookie with ice cream which we all tasted, it was really good! We also ordered a cappuccino, regular coffee and I found a jewel on the menu, a drink called The Shaft! It was a steal at 5$, 1 oz of vodka, Kahlua, cold brew and milk, shaken foamy and served on ice with a straw. I really enjoyed it. Adam our server was very attentive and frien dly. When asked what he recommended from the menu he gave us a few choices, two of which we ordered. I appreciate when a server actually recommends dishes with honesty rather than say "oh everything is good here". I will comment that we were cold where we were seated even though the entrance has double doors. Also, the lighting was a bit harsh which didn't make for nice pictures. Overall, the price was reasonable but we did not order any of the meat or ribs which are higher priced. The Bellini was only 11$ which seems like a steal these days with cocktails running at 15$ plus at most places. We would return.

Very good experience. Booked online with Birthday & dietary restrictions: Birthday card on the table & attention to diet excellent! Free Bday dessert 👌 Food quality excellent. Server very attentive & thoughtful. Being in the lower level in close proximity to the front door did allow some cool air to come through occasionally.

Hostess treated me like I was a 'brick shy of a load'. Instead of escorting me to my table, she pointed the way. The guest at the table was not the person I was there to meet. She kept insisting that that was my table. I guess she finally got so frustrated with me that she walked me back to the same table she had been pointing me to, only for me to confirm that the person sitting there was not my guest. She finally realized that there were two reservations under the same first name. Very disappointing experience.

My husband and I always choose Milestone in Kanata Centrum because of the exceptional service , the delicious food and of course they have our favourite wine. We look forward to being served by Courtney who is an absolute delight.

When we booked a table we put a comment that we need to have a sabe with enough space for a baby stroller. We arrived early to make sure the restaurant had enough time to acomoda-te us. (We didn't ask to rush to find a table). The hostesses put us in a table where the stroller was in the corridor, in the corner of the kitchen and I front of the computer station where the requests are punched, so, when a waiter were on the station and another one need to pass through with plates it was very thin. (And potential to a plate fall. Even when my wife asked to change the table the hostesses just attended the request after my wife insisted many times. During all this time an around table was available , even when we left the restaurant after dinner. So, it is inadmissible that: 1) the hostesses doesn't pay attention on the reservation comments. 2) if a client is asking to charge the table is because he/she is not comfortable on the one that was offered. Obs: the restaurant had many mosquitos and flies on the wall and flighting around when we were having dinner.

Milestones is one of my favourite places to have lunch . It's always an excellent experience!
We were a party of four. For the most part, the food met expectations. One of our party had to send back a filet mignon that was quite overcooked; the server had it replaced with a better offering, but by then the rest of the party had mostly finished their entrees. Desserts of carrot cake and apple crumble met with approval. Service was adequate. Definitely a chain restaurant experience.

The restaurant was terrific but it was very cold by the window. There was a strong down draft of cold air and we were chilly at our table. (I'm talking putting your jacket back on while eating cold.) Our server was lovely though and so very helpful.

Very nice ambiance. Trainee was excellent. Excellent cocktails- peach Bellini and negroni. Food very good. Could have a nice conversation without raising our voices. Good job!

Offered dessert menu while eating our meal One of my friends friends found wine glass sticky Forgot part of my order and when brought to me part of it fell onto my boot. Server never offered a second drink. Than server approached our table with incase you have places to be you don't want the bill to keep you hostage and had us pay right than and there. Wine glass was broken on the floor and wasn't cleaned properly with glass pieces not to far from our table. We felt rushed unfortunately

Food was reliably good - as usual Our server was very good and attentive.. However, our dessert was supposed to come warm, but was actually cold, and not fully cooked; we mentioned this to our server and she .removed the charge for the dessert, which was very considerate.
