Milestones is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We were commenting that in all our visits, we've never had a bad meal. And the staff at the Pinecrest location is friendly and always ready to assist! It wasn't busy on a Wednesday night, so the sound level was quite low. We've been there before when the restaurant was full, and the noise level was higher. For the price and for the ambiance, Milestones is a go-to for us in our neighborhood.

Good was good , but my wife ordered one thing and got something else but we waited 45 mins so she said I'll just eat what they brought out , we ordered a few glasses of wine and a pop fir my daughter. Wine came out and had to find a server to ask if they could grab a pop fir my daughter 5 mins later our server came with a coke for daughter and made a dumb joke about it being the biggest coke they have if it was any bigger we would have to sign a paper to get it. I recently visited Milestones and had a mixed experience. While the restaurant was packed — a good sign that it’s still popular — the service and menu left quite a bit to be desired.
The biggest issue was the slow service: it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which felt excessive. Our server was overly friendly to the point of being a bit overbearing — a little more focus on efficiency would have gone a long way.
