I'm not sure what all the poor reviews are about, the food was excellent, and the service was polite and friendly. Perhaps people's experience is so varied because some are not the best at choosing their own ingredients. The atmosphere is showing its age, but everything including the male washroom is kept very clean. The price is about what you'd expect from eating out anywhere these days.

Just ordered on Uber Eats. This is honestly the most disgusting place I have ever ordered in my entire time living in Ottawa (8 years). The noodles and rice were overcooked to the point where they had the consistency of mashed potatoes. They were so broken up, I thought they forgot the noodles. Somehow they managed to make the custom stir fry smell like feet. The vegetable broth that was provided was generic Campbell's. I do not recommend.

The cleanliness is questionable

It's a make your own bowl concept but the downsode of the restaurant is the price.

This place must be amazing 10-15 years ago when the price was reasonable, I got charged 34$ a plate for below average meat and noodles, nothing fresh or amazing.

You get tricked by not knowing the price just until the end it's a old concept that should not exist I'm surprised the restaurant is still open.

I went there for the first time, there was an old guy with beard and tall, I forgot his name. He was very patient with us and expanded everything very well. Good was also very good

First off, the service was great, this is not in any way a reflection on the service because it was good. The restaurant is kind of run down, the bathroom is dirty and the food is not particularly fresh. Not the worst meal I’ve ever eaten but definitely not worth the price we paid.

I came in yeaterday on my birthday to grab a plate like I normally do each year This is one of my favourite places to eat but I was very disappointed with the food yesterday the chicken was not really cooked and there was no taste and very dry which is weird because I put a lot of sauces in my bowl .

Was very disappointed. Not a good birthday meal at all .
