What a great evening! I had the most delicious cocktail I've ever had b4! It was a play on a whiskey sour & I don't usually like those drinks, lol. We had good snacks also. The waiter was a nice young man from Ireland. He was friendly & gave great service. Thank u Ternan!

We waited over 30 minutes for 2 vodka sodas and received some different treatment between the two bartenders. They didn’t really seem to be aware of what was going on and was a bit unorganized , but the decor was very cute

Really fun night! Loved the Christmas decor & vibes! The cocktails and drinks were such a fun add to the theme! Our server was such a delight, fun and entertaining and completely made our night - so shout out to Jacob!

Such a fun place to go for Christmas magic. The place is decorated in so many lightsits amazing. The Weber's were helpful and attentive. We had mocktails and the spinach artichoke dip and both were delicious. Worth checking out.

Great atmosphere, but poor & inattentive service. How many times did I ask our server for ketchup (we had a basket of fries) but he never bothered to bring any. It wasn't that busy. My cocktail drink was meant to have a cinnamon stick in it, instead the bartender decided to sprinkle a bunch of cinnamon powder on the ice cubes. Yuck. And the perogies were basically flavorless. They've definitely lowered their standards compared to the past 3 years, especially when it comes to service.

Have been here twice now. Both times to enjoy the Christmas explosion. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Bar looks amazing. Other customers are very friendly. We have gone as a couple and as a family. Food is very reasonable and extremely good. Bar far my favourite is the Irish bag, we also tried dumplings, wings and desserts. The beer option is good. Highly recommend
Nan’s Parlour absolutely nailed the Christmas ambience. The decorations were beautiful, the music set the mood perfectly, and the overall vibe felt very festive and fun — exactly what you want on a Friday night to ring in the holiday season. The door woman was also fantastic: welcoming, friendly, and greeting everyone with a genuine smile.
Unfortunately, the experience was let down by our server. She came across as rude and disengaged, which really stood out in contrast to the otherwise warm atmosphere. For a busy Friday night during the holidays, I also expected a more presentable dress code — showing up in a very baggy tracksuit didn’t match the setting or occasion.
Such a shame, because with better service this place could be a real standout during the festive season

Absolute worst service I’ve had in my entire life from the server.
Came in for some cocktails with the girls after celebrating birthday dinner somewhere else. Was looking forward to experiencing this Christmas bar. The hostess was an absolute sweetheart and I wish that she could have also been our server!
Unfortunately, I am giving one star as we are all from the service industry and our server was miserable with no smile on her face, she mixed up our orders which we were nice about, gave us attitude about it and then came back and slammed the cocktail on the table and rushed away with nothing to say. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but even if you are, you are in the service industry and should seperate your personal life from your work life. She didn’t check on us once either. Had to wave her down multiple times just to get her attention watching her yawn around the whole restaurant with the impression that she didn’t want to be there and def didn’t want to serve us.
As someone in the service industry, I believe in tipping karma and always tip generously. The girls and I decided not to give a nice one at all due to her attitude and misery. Had one drink and decided to leave immediately. The server working was a female with a bow in her hair and glasses working the Tuesday evening shift. She should really reconsider working outside this industry if she is going to have a stink attitude for no reason. We get it - it’s Tuesday and it’s slow - you don’t want to be there but suck it up infront of your tables and pull this ish somewhere else away from everybody.
This place could’ve been enjoyable but due to the crappy and miserable server, we will not be back and I suggest no one even bother.
