Amazing! I had a loaf of 4 seed that I got at the Woodward, which held a market on Saturday. I had not heard of Nat's prior to this. I can't believe how I lucked in! I'm always looking for good homemade bread. Can't wait to try their other breads 😋.

Nat's Bread Company is one of the best gems in Ottawa. I work at a retailer that carries her bread, I use her bread exclusively whenever I'm trying out a new recipe that uses sourdough or potato bread, and I have had the pleasure of getting to learn about her company and how they operate through the Ottawa Culinary Federation, and I can't think of a single bad thing to say. She's got great bread, a great story, and a great attitude. I would give ten stars, if I could.

I didn’t know I what I was missing in my life until I tried the day old pretzels, they fit perfectly in my toaster and are so good toasted!. Absolutely delicious. Eventually I will try the fresh baked ones ?
