Owner is very nice and friendly. We got medium roast Costa Rican since we loved it when we got them from Costa Rica. But I am not sure why the beans are so hard, it cracked my grinder. If you are buying this and you use a hand grinder, be careful.We also bought the Tanzanian peaberry, but hasn’t tried it yet.
