I came to have a quick meal so I could go to billiards. The exterior is not much, but apparently the interior's worse: somehow it looks like a different place from those photos shown. In my experience the walls were actually green, not white. It seemed almost abandoned... But enough of that, let's get to the food. They have some good vegetarian pho and subpar spring rolls. You don't need to order drinks as they provide tea and water, so I'd say the place is...

Good food but service and atmosphere could be improved. The food is good and portions are not small but there are no choices for bowl sizes unlike most pho restaurants. The pho was good and 136 satay chicken was great. The interior was quite old and service was a bit curt.

I have been going to this place since 1998 and I just love their food. My favorite is 136 Satay Chicken. They used to have a special meal set that comes with soup, chicken, shrimp and all they don’t have it anymore.
