I've ordered the caesar salad a few times and every time it's different. Tiny amount of salad this time and they put the dressing on while it's always been on the side. The inconsistency is too much for me.

Amazing fries but really bad poutine. Fries on their own are large & crispy in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere, but the poutine is a big disappointment. Gravy is incredibly watery & the cheese has a very strong & odd taste that’s hard to ignore when you get a good amount on your fork.

I *really* want to like this place and hope that this comes across as constructive rather than critical. We've been a few times and the quality has noticibly declined. We keep going back because we want to support local vegan places.
On our most recent visit (a Saturday night), there was only 1 staff member trying to manage everything. An impossible task with a steady stream of customers plus pickup orders. The ketchup dispenser hadn't been refilled, the iced tea was out of syrup, the outside of our burger packaging and cups had sauce all over them, our food was cold, there were spills that hadn't been cleaned. One of our party found a piece of plastic wrapping in their food.
Having a second staff member would probably be beneficial. It's is an extra expense, but perhaps it would improve service and quality and bring in more customers. At the end of the day, we really want you to succeed.

I have always liked certain items from Odd burger. The wings and pizza. The burgers have always been a no for me, I’ve had friends tell me that the burger was the grossest burger they have had. Today I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I’ve had it several times and really liked it. Today when it was delivered it had a note: no pineapple… I ordered the Hawaiian….never asked for no pineapple. Also, it had so much “cheese” that it was all just one piece of like gum…it was so gross I gagged. I couldn’t eat it. I assume they make their own…which is great but when it’s this bad, use less. It makes me sad, cause it’s one of the only vegan restaurants in Ottawa, but the quality of the food is so bad.

It's always good to have vegan food in Ottawa. This fast food in particular, is very tasty. I recommend the buffalo chickun burger or chickun bacun ranch poutine.

Great food and service! I loved this place, the food was so good and the prices insane. The service worker was friendly and the place was clean. Parking was difficult, but expected in this area. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Tried again this weekend for dinner (no dessert as there was no soft serve) and the food was inedible. Patties looked undercooked and cold. No flavors. I am not coming back!
