I always love this place, but this was the worst experience. The cashier was very rude to me. I felt disrespected. When he asked for my student ID, I showed it to him. (He was wearing a necklace) Later, he delivered the food in a very disrespectful way. At first, I thought it was because the place was busy, but I noticed he was very polite with other customers. Please ensure that customers are treated nicely. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This comment is not related to service or atmosphere, but the food. I do order from them frequently and most of the time the Shawarma is good. Unfortunately tonight was not one of those nights. My partner ordered falafel shawarma medium spice. Instead what she got was a hot sauce all concentrated at the end of it and the falafel was all packed together & clumped instead of being cut & spread throughout it. As for mine the spice level was what i expected, but there was way less tahini & garlic sauce when usually its more even all through out. I don't know who the individual that was working on September 30th, 2025 around 10:30pm to 11:30pm, but they did a really poor job.

I don’t usually complain but this was the nastiest chicken I have ever had. Got rubber chicken gristle, sauce and pickles dumped all over the chicken. Pic on right is MR SHWARMA on Clyde av. Look at the difference. Delicious

Meat isn't freshly cooked on a spit, it's just sitting in a tub in the counter and they spoon the soggy meat out of the bucket. Ordered a simple chicken shawarma sandwich. Veggies were rough chopped like a coarse food processor and also soggy. Sauces were unremarkable. They wouldn't offer any plate or tray to dine in, just shoved it in a bag. I won't be back.

Simply the best!! As a regular here, I can say each bite packs a delicious punch as always and the customer service is excellent. Mr. Adhithya makes the experience even better!
As I sat in the booth dying from mild spice, the manager saved my mouth and what little dignity I had left by giving me a helping of napkins and a free bottle of water. Swallowing my pride in between gasps for breathe, I cannot recommend a better Osmow’s than this one. 11/10 will eat there again. Thanks again guys, the girl ended up going home with me at end, couldn’t have done it without you.
