Ordered off an app. 9.99 on the rocks. Asked me to choose toppings, so I did. Turnip, onion, pickle. I Only got lettuce! Plate tasted funny and was extremely cold. Asked for mild spice, got zero spice.
I also ordered the shawarma soup! It was better than the plate! Lol. But it did not come with the tortilla chips as advertised.
I also requested utensils & napkins and got 0.

Ordered an Oz Box and got a surprise meal experience 🤡 Salad buried under rice like a hidden treasure 🥴—clearly whoever packed this was speed-running their shift or just done with life.
No cutlery at all 🍴❌ Apparently forks, spoons, and napkins are optional DLC premium feature you have to request separately when ordering online. If you enjoy eating rice with your hands and discovering salad like a surprise prize at the bottom, this is the place for you. Absolute garbage service.. 🚮

I don’t like to give one star to businesses, but the beef i had tonight they called(On the Rock) was very bad and the guy put some small rice and some small beef which was not roasted well on it ! I don't visit this place again . I had the same stuff on the past , ot was good , but now this business is getting worse and worse.

I ordered chicken shawarma they put spicy sauce all one side and the shawarma bread wasn’t properly grilled. The worst shawarma I have ever had.
Not great compared to other shawarma places in Ottawa and inferior to the Osmows I used to visit in Mississauga. Hopefully it improves.
