We love Panago and the delicious vegan options that are offered. The food did not disappoint. That being said, never in our lives have we entered a restaurant just for there to be no employee in sight. After waiting around and calling out hello for at least 10 minutes, the employee casually walks out from the back as if there was no issue. At least put a sign up, lock the door, etc., if you need to excuse yourself, but it’s unprofessional and actually kind of risky to leave...

Dropped my pie walking out with my little ones running around my feet. Lady working there offered to make me a new one. She wasn't going to charge me originally but I think the guy in the back told her she had to. Gave me 50% off, very satisfied. Pizza was great and the girl working there was awesome.
