What a gem in the downtown core! I've been to Florence and these sandwiches definitively stand up to the Italian standard I've had. Everything is so fresh and the staff is super nice too! The bread is like no other. I had the porchetta and my colleague got the mortadella and we split the cannolis. The quality and the portion is definitely worth it, I would even pay more! Nice little sandwich shop. Staff was very friendly. Sandwiches are a good size, but I'm still not convinced they are quite worth the price. Also, I guess based on the name of the restaurant I was expecting a panini, but it's not. Overall, it is a tasty sandwich though. The bread especially is very good.

Ingredients are fresh and the porchetta was well-made and seasoned just right. I found something a touch salty (maybe the eggplant) but overall it was delicious. Highly recommend.
