They made a small mistake, which was only a minor convenience and they bent over backwards to make it right.
The boneless wings are maybe the biggest ripoff of all time... but everything else was great and I will continue to order from them. They were very friendly and helpful. They even helped carry my order to the car!

Food is OK, but watch how you tip. We ordered for delivery on December 19. Our order came to $38 for a special deal. I chose a 15% tip but didn’t check the actual amount charged until the next day. Instead of charging me 15% on the $38 they charged the 15% on the $62 that the food would cost if it hadn’t been on special. More than $9 charged for a 15% tip on a &38 food order. That’s a slimy business practice. I learned the hard way not to trust that they will charge the % I indicated. Let’s at least hope they gave their driver the amount they took from me.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! I've never once been disappointed ordering from here. The pizza is great. The service is great, everything is always so kind, one of the workers is an absolute angel, I love her. The last thing I'd add is that I have a weakness for the oreo bites 🥹 Bought them once, and now, every time I order, I have to have them. A blessing and a curse I guess lol 😭

I will not re-order from Papa Joe’s. Crust was very thin and dry. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage. There was maybe one little piece of sausage per slice and a couple of pieces of pepperoni per slice. They are very stingy with the toppings. Definitely not worth $30!

I absolutely love their jalapēno bites. If you have not tried them yet, please do yourself a favor. But I wish they would give you the choice of dipping sauce instead of always putting a ranch dipping sauce which I do not like. Other than that, these are sooo delicious.
