Rather ingenious higher end bistro that really leans into its eclectic aesthetic. Love the interior design and focus on unique dishes/drinks. We tried the tuna tataki which was fine then went with the hen and brisket. Both mains were well seasoned and sauced enjoyably. It's a fancy place and they take care of you well but do expect a finer dining price point.

We went for dinner for a friend’s birthday. They had printed a happy birthday message on the menu with her name and had greeted us with complimentary bubbly. The service we had all night was impeccable. Our water glasses were never empty, very attentive to clearing finished plates, and checking in. The food and drinks were absolutely wonderful. The vibe was perfect too! I truly cannot wait to go back.

I live right behind this place, they had the music BLASTING, the base BOOOMING. Past 2am last night on a Thursday. I don’t understand how the bars downtown have to close at 2 but this place gets to keep me up all night on a week night, this clear disrespect for the community has been constant for YEARS now. They have been contacted MULTIPLE times and don’t seem to care about the community complains. Some of us work during the day and don’t stay up all night.
Ps: And to the crowds of people talking outside all night, we hear everything you say JUST SATING.
EDIT: Your response is actually a joke, past 2 am the bars aren’t allowed to be open making noise, so why is parlour exempt from this?
You can bet I will never give your business a dime.

What a great evening! Four of us went to Parlour for their Tu's Day menu. We decided to order the whole menu, and at the end we couldn't decide on our favourites because everything was a hit! Tasty cocktails, great wine selection, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

We just had our wedding at Parlour and it was hands down the best experience we could have hoped for. Throughout the entire planning process, Charlotte was amazing, super attentive, flexible, and a blast to work with! Parlour’s staff is 10/10, we loved everyone we interacted with. The chefs and Charlotte worked with us to create a custom menu based on our favourite foods — everything was excellent. Parlour hosted the wedding of our dreams and we wouldn’t change a thing about how the night went!

Second time here and I have to say it was not as good as my first experience. Servers are very congenial and friendly, so A-plus for that but the food took almost an hour to be served. In addition, the dishes were rather salty. Not as great as an experience as before
This is a repeat visit, and I will be back again! Such an amazing experience every single time, and the food is incredible! The fried chicken is something special, and I hope it stays on the menu forever!!! Amazing restaurant, especially the extremely kind staff!
Love the space , service was great, very attentive. Gazpacho was tasty, just a lot.... COD was a bit to chewy, and brisket was deceiving ( beef) two small pieces very fatty underneath a large deep fried onion. Fries were tasty. I've had better food experiences there in the past, so I would go back for sure.
