We came last Friday and I got the roasted Cornish hen.It was good, the figs were yummy, and the sourdough delicious. However, I wish there was more jus or bread because the single piece of sourdough soaked up most of the jus, leaving the chicken drier than it should have been and the bread soggy. I also tried the fries that came with the flat top cheeseburger, and those were very good.Not sure if we had just one server as different people came to our table throughout the night, but the service was always friendly and quick.There was a lot of space in our section/table so it'd be good for large groups of people.

I love Parlour’s food but I haven’t been in a while. I felt like their portions feel smaller than they were before. The food was still incredible and the drinks were great but the service was not good. It just felt very disjointed and that our server was overwhelmed. Things took a very long time and a few individuals in our party would have ordered more if our server was at our table more often.The look and feel of Parlour is unreal. I love the mid century furniture and the music. It’s just unfortunate that service felt poor.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately the main entrance is not accessible. Nor does it seem that the bathrooms are either.
Higher end but worth it. The creativity and imagination that went into the setting and the food makes this a unique experience. Highly recommend.

Nice spot. There's a lot of room between tables, so it's relatively private. A little noisy with the music, but talkable. Each of us at the table found our food to be superb, and the cocktails were different .... and tasty. Good food and attentive service throughout our meal made for an overall highly pleasant dining experience. I will definitely be back!

I definitely recommend Parlour to all my friends and colleagues, whether for food and bev or events. However, I'm not likely to recommend a Friday night. I can't know if it's understaffed or other hidden challenges behind the scenes, but service on every Friday I've been has been very slow. It's one thing to have a server constantly hovering, but we managed to only get 3 drinks in about 4 hours and minimal water. Food and drinks were 10/10 tho. Cheers.

Last minute booking that did not disappoint. The space is so unique and we enjoyed everything we ate and drank. Service was a tiny bit slow and we were served our starter before we ever got our drinks. Would definitely go back.
Love their 12 hr slow cooked Brisket. It also comes with fresh baked veggies and fries. Well blend into tasty brisket. Also the portion is well suited for two people. After dinner dessert is a good add-on perfectly hybrid of haskap and chestnut

From the cocktail recommendations and explanations to the food. He suggested items we would’ve never thought to try and were absolutely blown away with what we got. 10/10 would recommend here and specifically Dylan to bring what he does to the experience!
