Best Espresso in Ottawa without any doubt! Their coffee is not comparable to other brands !
$17.80 for an iced latte and cookie. Crazy!
Excellent products!
Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
This place is overpriced, offers artificial-tasting flavours, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was especially surprised that you can’t even get two flavours in a small cup for $9 — a basic option at most gelato shops.
The ordering process is confusing. You’re required to pay before choosing your flavour, which isn’t made clear until you’re already in line. This led to a lot of unnecessary frustration, and the staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout.
I ordered the passion fruit gelato, which was a letdown. It tasted more like syrup than real fruit — overly sweet and missing the tartness you’d expect. The texture was off as well, lacking the creamy consistency you’d associate with authentic Italian gelato.
With so many excellent gelato and pastry spots in Ottawa, I wouldn’t waste your time or money here.
One of the best desert places in the City!
I had the Tiramisu gelato.. it was horrible.
We tried the Affogato with Vanilla oh my gosh it was the worst one I ever had.
Wasted $20 bucks on trash!
It’s clams to be an authentic Italian place !!
Best cannoli in town. Our family have been customers since it opened. A gem of Preston Street.
The coffee was fab. The pistachio cheese was dry and old. Service was ok.

Cake for my girlfriends mothers birthday. Was soft, no longer crispy. Complete disappointment. Absolute terrible execution for a very special day. I question why they would allow this cake to leave the store. Better off buying a cake from a basic place like metro.

Nice place. Huge rip off.
Went in for some authentic sicilian cannoli and saw the prices. I almost choked before even taking a bite of anything. The smalls are the size of an adolescent's thumb. The "large" are what should be the small and they're $6 or more each. To add insult to injury, the lady told me they're made with ricotta and not mascarpone! Oy! So, we opted on two portugese Nadas (at an Italian bakery, I know!) and speaking of choking: the crust was unchewable. Nada means nothing, as in light and flakey, but for some mysterious reason, the pastry was dense, hard and leathery. The custard was watery! Absolutely abominable. I've honestly had better Nadas at Tim Hortons when then had them last winter. Like 10 times better!
Good thing I also purchased a one-scoop gelato, as this was the only redeeming purchase (ALMOST). The strawberry was delicious and very authentic in texture and quality. HOWEVER, for $8, they gave me a toddler's portion, no word of a lie! They must use one of those mini cookie dough scoopers because the portion was MINISCULE. What a disgrace to Little Italy. I hope they don't have any actual Sicilian connections because I might regret posting this brutally honest review!
